The Programme Manager is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required: Develop & maintain robust programme & project plans, associated artefacts & KPIs in order to effectively deliver to plan Define and lead respective programme/project governance to facilitate effective decisioning, escalation and engagement of key stakeholders Diligently manage programme budgets Work in partnership across the organization to develop business cases and lead prioritization of initiatives Effectively manage the deployment of new systems/applications/tools/products/processes through comprehensive communications & training with all impacted stakeholders Manage project managers and business analysts, provide thought-leadership within the Transformation Office & to partnering functions Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct) Knowledge and Experience Required:
Functional Strong experience in leading end-to-end, complex multi-year transformation programmes in financial services Robust and accurate reporting to ensure transparency on programme/project critical path, key risks, issues and dependencies Strong stakeholder management skills including building relationships and trust to effectively influence, gain buy-in and effectively decisioning Excellent communication skills (written & verbally) including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise presentations and “tell the story” to a wide variety of audiences A team player who is comfortable interacting with staff at all levels, including senior management Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can nimbly adapt to new and changing priorities This job description is not to be construed as an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
