Remote with occasional UK travel Fruition are working with a fantastic organisation in the public sector who are in a period of growth. They are looking to hire a Programme Manager with a broad background in Service Improvement / Optimisation. This role will see you working on recovery planning to improve their services externally as well as improving internal credibility. Key Responsibilities Work with both internal and external senior stakeholders to ensure their interests are identified and addressed to influence and engage work to manage the programme effectively. Communicate regularly and engages in professional debate to resolve issues and differences between stakeholders and to challenge assumptions. Provide visible leadership and line management (which may include matrix management) for the Programme team and leads by example to evidence the organisational core values. Coaches and mentors programme and project individuals to enable individuals to operate effectively within their remit. Ensure that teams bond and meet regularly with monthly face to face meetings and quarterly full team meetings as a minimum. Build and maintain a strong delivery-focused programme team. Cascade vision and translate into delivery objectives for the team. Stay abreast of best practice and ensures continuous evaluation and improvement of their approach to programme and project management. Required Skills/Experience Proven experience in a Programme Management role Experience working within the Public Sector is essential Working across business change / service improvement programmes at scale Technology led programmes of work with a focus on business change If this role would be of interest, then please apply to this advert and I will be in contact to give you more detail.
