We are seeking a Programme Manager with extensive experience in SaaS implementations. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to deliver tailored solutions and oversee the successful execution of our Connected Work initiatives. This is a remote, work from home position. As a Programme Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to: Take the lead in cultivating strong client relationships, driving engagement, and unlocking new opportunities for growth. Plan, monitor, and execute multifaceted programmes with precision, ensuring every project aligns with our clients' strategic goals. Coordinate multiple projects within a client portfolio, expertly managing interdependencies to deliver cohesive, successful outcomes. Take charge of the programme budget, making strategic decisions to maximise value and impact. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues head-on to keep the programme on track. Uphold the highest standards in programme deliverables, ensuring every milestone is met with quality and on time. Be the key communicator, skilfully managing stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and problem-solving. The following skills will set you up for success: Proven experience managing projects that span multiple areas, such as Workfront, SaaS integration, AEM, or process optimisation. At least 2 years of programme management experience in SaaS implementations, ideally with a focus on Workfront. Strong skills in project administration, including maintaining detailed project plans in a Work Management Tool. You must be based in the UK to apply. Travel:
