Leading Transformation programmes of work, acting as the key interface for WSP delivery, working across multiple clients and engagements to a utilisation target of 65%. Providing transformation advice and delivery including target operating model design and implementation, major programme mobilisation and change management. Leading business development and sales activities to grow a pipeline of transformation engagements, securing £250k+ of revenue per annum. Line managing, mentoring and supporting capability development across the team, with c4 direct reports. Increasing awareness of WSP Advisory service offerings in the market and directly informing the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. A proven track record of delivering leading transformation engagements as an external management consultant, particularly within Infrastructure, or within a capital delivery environment. Communication skills and the ability to influence and build client relationships at a board level.
