Transformation Programme Manager , you will lead high-profile transformation engagements within Infrastructure and Major Projects. You will be accountable for client experience, project outcomes, and managing a high-performing team. Your role will involve farming and growing priority accounts within the Transport, Infrastructure, and Major Projects portfolio. Collaborating with WSP key account managers, you will understand client needs, build the transformation service offering, and lead key pursuits from opportunity through to delivery. Join

Leading Transformation programmes of work, acting as the key interface for WSP delivery, working across multiple clients and engagements to a utilisation target of 65%. Providing transformation advice and delivery including target operating model design and implementation, major programme mobilisation and change management. Leading business development and sales activities to grow a pipeline of transformation engagements, securing £250k+ of revenue per annum. Line managing, mentoring and supporting capability development across the team, with c4 direct reports. Increasing awareness of WSP Advisory service offerings in the market and directly informing the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. A proven track record of delivering leading transformation engagements as an external management consultant, particularly within Infrastructure, or within a capital delivery environment. Communication skills and the ability to influence and build client relationships at a board level. Demonstrable experience of business development including account leadership, pursuit management and farming delivering personal sales of £250k+ per annum. Don’t quite meet all the criteria?
