The Role Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join our client on a short temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 6 months. Join the People Technology team as a Programme Manager and play a key role in delivering a large-scale HR transformation programme. You'll work in collaboration with the HR business transformation team to drive innovation and shape the future of our business. The goal is to replace critical, legacy software and improve the overall employee experience for colleagues. Key Responsibilities Orchestrating the entire program. Accountable for the overarching detailed plan across all teams. Senior stakeholder management across functions including business, IT, Data, Procurement, Cyber. Manages inter-dependencies. Understanding and syndicating the vision to the entire program. Contributing to senior stakeholder updates & communication packs, including steering groups. Accountable for execution of the IT plan. Managing the agile team and managing the Jira board & associated dashboards. Owning and leading IT conversations. Managing inter-dependent teams, e.g., Cyber, impacted apps, detailed data discussions. Contribute to and own working group & programme board documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Seasoned IT programme management in large transformations, specifically expert in HR transformation. Significant experience of target HR Tier One SaaS platforms, e.g., Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP Success Factors. Proven experience of senior stakeholder management. Experience leading highly complex, challenging programs, operating in a senior capacity. Experience in highly complex technical landscapes. Seasoned working with SI third-party implementors and adept at managing related challenges. Experienced in managing agile technology teams. Experienced in status reporting and reporting to working groups and steerco’s. Experience leading agile teams working on highly complex, challenging programs.
