Purpose of Role

• To develop and manage programmes, partnerships and contracts supporting the Humber and partners sustainable growth and development.

• Accountable for delivery and assurance of capital and revenue programmes.

• Ensure liaison and partnership with primary sub-groups and their leads.

Job Description

• Programme manage projects.

• Enter into and manage contracts with external partners.

• Ensure the development of external partnerships linked to the development of Company Limited objectives, specifically initiatives covering Innovation, Skills and Net Zero.

• Liaison with the Accountable Body.

• Monitoring and Evaluation of performance.

• Be an ambassador for the movement representing both the Humber and the initiative complementing Government policy.

• Project Sponsors.

• Delivery Organisations (e.g. Utilities, Development Partners).

• Central Government - primarily DLUHC.

• Accountable Body (North East Lincolnshire Council).

• Third party funding organisations.

• Sector sub-group leads - Net Zero, Innovation, Skills and Opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent.

• Qualified in project management.

• IT Literate.

• Demonstrate experience and knowledge of programme and project management.

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of contract management.

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of partnership working.
