Programme Resource Team Manager Location:

Basingstoke (BSN01) or Bracknell (BRA01) with some travel to other FJ sites as required. Resource Manager lead for the Workforce planning/Resource Management team on the programme within the secure Defence and National Security sector. Responsible for ensuring accurate Resource demand is actioned in a timely manner. Resource Demand will cover the next 12 months pipeline as well as contracted demand. It will include contracted requests for change which impact on resource demand, Professional Services demand, and demand for different teams. It will involve close collaboration with central Recruitment to provide agility to fulfil the resource demand. The individual should demonstrate a proactive and creative problem-solving attitude. They should be forward-thinking and experienced in planning. They need to plan in advance to allow sufficient lead time for recruitment and clearance lead time for when the demand is required by. You will collaboratively work with other Leads and Managers within Fujitsu and the programme to forecast future resource demands for new projects/programmes taking into account existing workload, facilitate the fulfilment of new resources, and act as the main point of contact to support the delivery programme for their resourcing needs. Your Experience Team player experienced in engaging with the Programme and Project Management Team, Service organization, and Technical Team leads. (Project Management Experience) Technical understanding of Networks - WAN / SDWAN etc. Experienced in assessing resourcing of current workload and upcoming projects, producing a long-term resource forecast to support future recruitment. Knowledge of automation or leveraging resourcing tools to support the resource demand and fulfilment process. Demonstrative experience of working in a matrix organisation to drive recruitment of identified roles. Effective at mobilisation for new large projects/programmes to ensure they start on a good footing. Experience in being the point of contact on a delivery programme for technical resourcing needs and to assess/resolve short-term resourcing issues. Past experience in leading, managing, developing teams, and reducing single points of failure. Experienced in end-to-end project cycle and methodologies to appreciate differing resource requirements. Good awareness of commercials and finance in terms of understanding impacts of resourcing/recruitment decisions. Can work closely with colleagues of different roles and grades including senior management within the programme. Well-developed leadership skills, excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders, can build good relationships. Please note:
