Responsibilities Empowering Candidates : Deliver engaging employability sessions, both online and in-person, covering CV optimization, application processes, and self-sourced job search techniques. Progress Tracking : Monitor and support candidates as they secure outcomes, such as job placements and progression into apprenticeships or further education programs. Business Development : Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote the organization’s training and recruitment services. Administrative Excellence : Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance with established processes. Sales Focus : Proactively engage with candidates and employers to drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers.
