Progressions Officer – Target-Driven Career Coach Position Overview A target-driven Progressions Officer is sought to empower learners by enhancing their job search and employability skills. In this dynamic role, you'll support candidates through employability workshops and one-on-one coaching to develop their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation techniques. The goal is to convert learners' training into meaningful employment opportunities, focusing on driving outcomes such as job placements and apprenticeships. This role is performance-oriented, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and learners alike. Responsibilities Empowering Candidates : Deliver engaging employability sessions, both online and in-person, covering CV optimization, application processes, and self-sourced job search techniques. Progress Tracking : Monitor and support candidates as they secure outcomes, such as job placements and progression into apprenticeships or further education programs. Business Development : Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote the organization’s training and recruitment services. Administrative Excellence : Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance with established processes. Sales Focus : Proactively engage with candidates and employers to drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers. Key Requirements Target Orientation : Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and recruitment targets. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
