Control and reporting to budget-holders and directors on company internal budgets.
Liaison with clients to ensure invoices will be paid within contractual dates.
Liaison with Logistics Manager to establishvalues and dates of sales invoices to be raised.
Reconcile specific suppliers’ purchase orders that are pricedon an open-book basis.
Authorisation of all requisitions and purchase orders and notifying directors of any cost over-runs within individual budgets.
Processing sales invoices on all projects
