Proficiency in MS Office. About the Company: Our client is a leading New Zealand excavation and concrete construction business known for exceeding client expectations with a "can do" attitude. They pride themselves on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They work in both the large public sector and private sector. About the Role: Provide key support to the Construction and Civil project team in this Project Support/Office Administrator role. Working with a down-to-earth team you will provide efficient and effective health and safety and administrative support and assistance to the project staff and company. This role is Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to choose between 30 - 40 hours per week and comes with a company vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and detailed project/administration support. Implement and monitor Health & Safety activities and practices. Record, print, and distribute contract instructions, project drawings, and specifications. Assist in preparing project reports related to Quality, Health & Safety, and compliance. Support the submission of tenders and other deadlines. Ensure subcontractor information and insurances are up-to-date. Assist in collating and verifying timesheets and monthly progress claims. Develop and motivate project staff, providing necessary training and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. To succeed in this role you will be/have: Experience within the construction industry. Extensive industry knowledge and familiarity with relevant legislation. Excellent documentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to manage multiple workflows and work collaboratively.
