Dynamite Recruitment are excited to confirm a brand new role for one of our biggest clients! This client is a company with over 600 staff and they are looking for someone to join their Horden office.

The role of a Project Administrator: Manage all incoming emails in the install inbox. Take queries from incoming calls, emails, or from the engineers out in the field. Prepare reports and spreadsheets for each allocated project. Raise purchase orders on behalf of the project managers. Allocate enquiries to Project Managers and engineers where appropriate. Upload new job details to the system. Assist the project coordination team and provide overall support. Carry out document control for project managers on customer portals. Book hotels as requested by Project Managers and Technicians. Ensure complaints and queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Apply now or contact Katie @ Dynamite Recruitment for more information.
