We are seeking a Projects and Production Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our organisation. This is an exciting and diverse opportunity focusing on the annual Edinburgh Science Festival, and supporting our wider UK work as required. The role is key to the smooth running of our busy programming and operations teams. You will focus on the administration of project logistics and production and content needs. This will include supporting the production process by taking on aspects of procurement, print management, creating schedules, managing hired materials and assisting with the creation and tracking of project documentation.
