The responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the PCN but will include leading a wide range of transformation and digital projects, achievement of primary care improvement targets and initiatives including IIF/QoF, and supporting the education and training agenda. The role requires flexibility, initiative taking, relationship building skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality day-to-day operations. The post holder will be required to deliver small to medium change initiatives and projects, both across PCN Practices with partner agencies, in order to deliver the changes required in all geographical areas of THE PCN. Significant experience and expertise in a range of primary care electronic clinical and managerial systems is essential, including EMIS. Proven ability and experience of leading or supporting change programmes Experience of facilitating learning, public speaking, conference presentations, e.g. in Trust wide meetings. Experience of collation, analysis and dissemination of information or data Experience using software packages to support change (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio). Experience using EMIS web to produce reports and manage QI work such as QOF including building reports and templates Significant experience of working in NHS, specifically primary care Experience of managing transformation projects Experience of managing digital projects Qualifications
Degree level or equivalent experience Project and change qualifications, e.g. Change Management Practitioner or equivalent experience in organisational change or change management Diploma in Management Studies or equivalent experience. PRINCE2 or AGILE at Foundation or Practitioner level, LEAN Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent foundation level qualification in delivering change Improvement methodologies, e.g. LEAN Six Sigma.
