Project Architect
to join their growing team. With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Project Architect will be exposed to a range of projects, making this an excellent opportunity to quickly develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £52,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training/progression plans, and professional fees.
Project Architect Salary & Benefits Salary:
£45,000 to £52,000 Hours:
37.5 per week, Mon - Fri Holiday:
25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service. Hybrid Working Office team building events and seasonal social events Cycle to Work Scheme Employee referral scheme Death in service benefit Health cash plan scheme Christmas Shutdown
Project Architect Job Overview Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, with project values up to £10 million. Liaise with other professionals and act as Lead Consultant on a wide range of projects. Develop project briefs. Work from inception to completion. Produce high-quality designs for a range of exciting projects in various sectors. Meet with professionals/clients to agree on a project brief. Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients. Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD.
Project Architect Job Requirements ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect. Revit proficient. Lives within a commutable distance of Billericay. Strong design, presentational, and report writing skills. Ability to work well in a team. Good knowledge of building regulations. Driving licence.
