We are currently working with an International and well-renowned Architectural Practice who are actively seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding design team in Canary Wharf, London. The successful Project Architect will be working on a wide range of large scale Commercial & Residential projects. Our client offers a full range of professional services such as Architecture, Planning, Interiors, and Urban Design. They are renowned for their Innovative Design and technical expertise, working on a range of extraordinary buildings across London and Internationally.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join a practice that supports development & training and offers the chance to work on some of the world's most exciting projects. They are open to the seniority of candidates, so Architects across all levels are encouraged to apply.

Project Architect Job Overview Preparation of drawings and specifications Production of drawings for tender and construction Liaise with clients Work as part of a wider design team Work on exciting large-scale High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle

Project Architect Job Requirements Knowledge of building regulations and standards Good knowledge of Revit Project Delivery skills ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect BIM experience Commercial or Residential experience beneficial Good design skills Live within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf

Project Architect Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 DOE with increased salary for more senior candidates) Generous holiday allowance Pension scheme BUPA Healthcare Training and progression opportunities Other company benefits to be discussed at the interview stage
