Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
ARB registered with substantial years' worth of industry experience. Lead projects from concept through to completion. Oversee project coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ensure designs meet client requirements and technical standards. Manage site inspections and on-site project delivery. Handle budgets, timelines, and resource planning efficiently. Extensive experience running projects across all RIBA stages. Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical detailing skills. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Familiarity with building regulations and construction standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
