My client is looking for a technically minded Project Architect with a passion for Architecture to join a dynamic consultancy in Essex. The practice delivers projects from concept to completion across a range of sectors, including Defence, Healthcare, Residential and Leisure. The practice has several offices across the UK and boasts a collaborative and friendly environment.
The successful Project Architect will be ARB accredited and should have significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification. You will be confident leading a team and managing a project through all RIBA stages whilst creating excellent technical, client-led designs. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:
Significant experience post Part 3 qualification ARB/RIBA accredited Manage a team to ensure profitability Progress a project through all RIBA stages Liaise with the client and wider internal teams to ensure design concepts are met Provide high-quality designs whilst adhering to deadlines Prepare technical packages Brilliant communication skills Confident conducting site visits during project delivery Defence sector experience is beneficial Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD Living locally to Essex
