Services offered include geotechnical & environmental, structural, flood risk, civil and transport, and there is a great deal of interdisciplinary collaboration.Role:Your main responsibility as a Project Civil Engineer is to lead the delivery of projects that are assigned to you, from a technical and resourcing perspective.The technical aspects involved with each project might include:
- Flood Risk Assessments
- Hydraulic Modelling using Causeway Flow to estimate pipe networks and attenuation volumes
- Produce drainage strategies and detailed drainage layouts
- Produce cut and fill analysis drawings
- Highway drainage design
- Incorporation of SuDS features in drainage designs, including green & blue roofs, attenuation tanks and permeable pavements.
- Site-wide level designs and external works packages in accordance with Building Regulations Part M
The ideal candidate will have…
- Experience in surface & foul water drainage design and SuDS.
- External works design experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage/Causeway Flow.
- Use of either Civil 3D or PDS is essential.
- The desire to take on more responsibility.
