Handling all new and post-sales orders, validating and deploying accurately Creating project and communication plans to deliver the required solutions whilst keeping clients informed every step of the way and exceeding their expectations Striving to improve the customer experience for clients whilst enhancing your service delivery knowledge Coordinating internal and external resources, issuing purchase orders, and arranging for materials to be delivered to site Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to ensure a seamless service from supplier to client Raising or adding all project aspects into the CRM which automates customers’ monthly billing Project Co-ordinator, the person:
Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal A “can do” attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail Ability to approach challenges with a positive problem-solving mindset Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills Project Co-ordinator, the benefits:
