London Our client is a leading Interior design and fit-out specialist based in London but working globally on projects. They offer the complete design, supply, and installation of all FF&E and OS&E to commercial, residential, and hospitality properties. They are looking to strengthen their project team with a Project Co-ordinator / Package Manager to join a busy Projects Department to manage and deliver the projects and to contribute to the continued successes of the business. Working as part of the team, you will be focused daily on the supply and installation of fitted furniture and equipment (FF&E), providing products and services to multiple major construction projects globally, with a particular focus on The Middle East, including Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, and Airports. This Project Co-ordinator position requires excellent communication and management skills to coordinate input from each department, maximize efficiency, and add value to the project. If you can demonstrate drive, commitment, and discipline with an eye for detail and ideally have experience managing fast-paced fit-out packages (FF&E), then we would like to hear from you. You will be fully conversant with the cost and able to plan activities, managing projects throughout all stages from order realization, covering; programme development and management, design development, product approval and guidance, coordination with other departments to plan production and procurement demands, overseeing and reporting on site installation works to final and successful handover of the project on time and within budget. Required Attributes and Experience
The ideal Project Co-ordinator will have gained some experience working on construction projects with proven experience of running bespoke interior and refurbishment projects. Ideally, you will be HND or Degree qualified in a construction or engineering-related discipline. Preferably, you will be computer literate with programming and planning experience, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work without supervision while using your own initiative and experience to fulfill the company's commitments. Finally, the successful Package Manager will offer a high level of professionalism at all times in dealing with clients and in the presentation of themselves and their work. You will be able to handle demanding people in challenging situations, show the capacity to absorb new knowledge quickly, and must be able to motivate teams and drive projects to successfully deliver the company's commitments and aspirations.
