Act as the main point of contact for Partners during the delivery of the projects. Set and manage Partner expectations along the project journey, ensuring timely and accurate updates are given to them. Verification of project documents. Validation through the project journey. Proactively drive necessary actions to deliver a successful project. Collate information and data for analysing and reporting. Build and deliver positive relationships to help improve the Partner experience. Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business. Actively look for and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures. Qualifications & Experience
Change management & stakeholder engagement. The ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Effective time management and organisational skills. Being proactive, flexible and adaptable. Good attention to detail. A logical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving. Good, clear written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
