You will join the Service Delivery team where comprehensive training and support will be provided to enable your success within the business. You will be working alongside a focused and driven team keen to enable your success. The Purpose

To efficiently provision all products from the SCG services from our product portfolio for both existing and new customers while delivering exceptional customer service to the client. The Role

You will ensure that all new and post-sales orders are dealt with efficiently and that the order is validated and deployed correctly. You will design project and communication plans for delivery of the required solution, ensuring we regularly communicate with our clients while exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

To ensure constant improvement of customer experience for our clients with maximum efficiency along with a continued drive to enhance your service delivery knowledge. You will co-ordinate both internal and external resources along with raising purchase orders and organizing for materials to be sent to site. You will maintain relationships with key partners to ensure we provide a unified service from supplier to client. You will raise or add all aspects of the project to our CRM, which also includes the engine that bills the customer monthly for the services provided. Skills and Experience
