Oversee financial and contractual compliance, validating contracts and agreements. Ensure alignment across cost control, planning, and estimating functions. Manage cash flow and financial position, addressing variances as needed. Act as a key contact for pricing, cost control, scheduling, and risk analysis.
Project Controls Manager Job Requirements Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or a professional accounting qualification. 5+ years of experience in a Construction environment (preferably civil engineering). Joint venture experience advantageous. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost forecasting, dashboards, and senior-level reporting. Hands-on experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Experience with change management. Knowledge of BIM, document management, and construction techniques, especially in water projects. Proven experience on large, complex construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Collaborator.
