Our client, a Civil Engineering Contractor based across the south coast, is looking for a financial-focused Project Controls Manager to work on a unique, prestigious project on a new water reservoir in Hampshire. Joint venture experience advantageous. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost forecasting, dashboards, and senior-level reporting. Hands-on experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Experience with change management. Knowledge of BIM, document management, and construction techniques, especially in water projects. Proven experience on large, complex construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Collaborator.
