Salary : £40,000- £45,000

Requirements:

• Experienced in Project Control, Project Management, Project Engineer disciplines within the Energy sector

• Training experience beneficial but not essential

• Project Control/Project Management qualification or equivalent

• Good IT skills

• Understanding of problem solving and risk management techniques

• Knowledge and understanding of Project Control disciplines in Planning, costing and Estimating.

Duties:

• Monitor, coach and assess learners

• Support both internal training delivery and external delivery

• Carry out assessing and coaching of apprentices and adults, monitoring performances and supporting as appropriate

• Align taught courses with site operations and the curriculum to best improve the learners

• Drive completion of tasks, and achievement of deadlines

• Develop and train apprentices in the following sectors: Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, Thermal.

• Comply with national laws/regulations
