Project Coordinator - M4 Corridor - Construction - Role Requires Travel

I am recruiting for a large construction company who build within the commercial sector with project values up to £25m.

Role Overview

The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for working across multiple projects in my client's portfolio ensuring all projects are compliant with Financial, HSEQ / ISO document requirements.

Travel Area / Working Requirements

Ideally looking for an M4 Corridor based individual due to projects in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex. This role offers no hybrid working so please don't ask for this! Site based 5 days per week Hours 7.30am-5pm / Friday is a 4pm finish MUST HAVE OWN CAR

Duties and Responsibilities Complete weekly updates of drawing registers for all projects, ensuring all copies (electronic and hard) are up to date. Complete weekly updates of project directories for all projects. Undertake ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 monthly audits for all projects. Undertake Commercial QMS/BMS Audits for all projects. Chase, collate and produce O&M manuals for all projects. Undertake initial setup of site folders (electronic and hard) to ensure compliance with MQF 55 - HSEQ. Regular monitoring of project information to ensure SharePoint data is being managed correctly for all projects. Assist with collation of records for environmental aspects surrounding waste management, including regular uploads to the Smart Waste portal and upload of SWMP information for BREEAM. Ensure all delivery tickets are collected and collated correctly for all projects. Assist with production and collation of monthly client meeting packs. Assist the Compliance and Project Support Manager with the collation of company templates / standard information. Work with the project teams to ensure that all staff are aware of HSEQ / accreditation requirements. Ensure weekly team meetings occur, are minuted and distributed following, for all projects. Assist the Compliance and Project Support Manager and/or Construction Director with administrative duties. Assist the project teams with archiving of any physical site paperwork required ahead of project Practical Completion. Maintain control procedures in accordance with Integrated Management Systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

We are looking for Ability to work across numerous projects (2-3 projects per week max). Construction experience preferred - ideally someone who has worked on a site before (Admin, Doc Controller, Assistant PM etc). IT Literacy is essential & Strong Communication skills are also a must. Willingness to travel & Driving License.
