About the Role:

The Project Coordinator is a reactive role within an expanding family run company. The main purpose of the Project Coordinator is to support contracts managers in delivering projects, you will be involved in all phases of projects including a broad range of tasks. This role is dynamic, with the potential for further training and responsibility. Responsibilities & Duties:

To perform administrative tasks to ensure each phase of project is delivered on time to the customers satisfaction. To be able to be self-motivated and manage your own time to meet deadlines. The role is office based; you may have to work alone on occasion. To follow business processes and work as part of the team to achieve business targets. Day to Day administration of Jobs. To ensure each job has the relevant project information recorded both electronically & in project file. To collate & supply job reports upon the customer's request. To ensure all relevant H&S paperwork is issued. To support management in delivering project on time to agreed delivery dates, within budget and to specification. To manage customer expectations and ensure these are communicated and understood by the team & Sub-Contractors. Liaising with clients and answering their queries. Arranging site visits with customers. Maintaining the calendar & ensuring reminders set for client meetings / site visits. Check deliveries received to office/site, where applicable. Quotations - Ensure all quote requests are flagged & deadlines adhered to. To ensure sub-contractors work is scheduled. Ensure Enquiry Register & project Tracker is up to date. To monitor customer satisfaction. To ensure project communication is carried out. To ensure document control process is followed. About you:

Building/roofing trade experience/knowledge is essential. Proficient in excel. Good telephone manner. Attention to detail. Good inter-personal skills with all levels of customer's and staff.
