Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities: Assist in managing all stages of interior design projects, including planning, design, procurement, and execution phases. Support the development and tracking of project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Help maintain strong partnerships with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives. Participate in site visits to oversee project quality and adherence to safety protocols. Contribute to the management of project documentation and address project challenges as they arise. Aid in ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Encourage a team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or its equivalent. At least 3 years of experience preferably in the interior design or construction industry in Singapore. Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion. Knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is advantageous.
