Project Coordinator

to join a market-leading specialist in sailing systems and deck hardware. About the Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will provide critical support to Project Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex marine projects. This role combines administrative excellence, logistical coordination, and client interaction to support the production and installation of cutting-edge systems. Key Responsibilities:

Project Administration: Assist with onboarding new orders, liaising with the sales team for necessary documentation. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. Track progress, update internal systems, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Manage project correspondence, ensuring timely communication between teams and clients.

Production & Delivery: Work with the production team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation, collaborating with shipping companies and onsite teams. Monitor production processes, escalating any delays or issues as needed.

Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for project-related client queries, offering updates and information. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes. Contribute to the implementation of tools and systems to improve efficiency.

About You: Proven experience in administrative or project support roles. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A passion for sailing or knowledge of performance sailing yachts is desirable. Why Join Us?
