Job Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator to plan and manage the delivery of the planned maintenance works in the North and Central Regions. Based in our offices in Huthwaite, you will be supporting the Framework Manager by leading the coordination of the delivery of the Framework. Duties Management and submission of weekly staff time sheets and subsistence forms. Review weekly sheets for missing data, reactive work reports, etc. Ensure the company’s integrated management system is populated, and information is up to date on live projects. Manage the team’s movements and plan daily activities. Coordinate with other Departments and regions. Assist in the preparation of Application invoices, including month-end. Utilise fully all of ECS’ resources to plan, deploy and efficiently manage employees for successful completion of workload with the ECS Project Managers. Identify Project risks, implement contingency plans and early warning mechanisms to reduce waste, duplication of work, and maintain projected profitability. Experience Previous experience working within an Office administrative role. Strong IT knowledge. Ideally, an NVQ or equivalent qualification in Business Administration (Desirable). Job Types:
