Berkshire, Buckinghamshire We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager working across the East Midlands to join a UK leading contractor working on fibre/telecomms related projects. This is a chance to join an exciting, forward-thinking and rapidly expanding company. This is a challenging but rewarding role, with the opportunity to grow with the business. Key Essentials Reporting to the Contract Manager, responsible for monitoring high volume PIA FTTH projects on existing/new network build involving civils, underground fibre (cabling/splicing) and overhead pole works Overseeing the management of Supervisors, staff and subcontractors Ensuring all works are completed within Health, Safety, Quality and Streetwork guidelines Managing KPI’s and the productivity of staff Ensuring that schemes are delivered within tight timeframes and budgets Holding regular review meetings with subcontractors; ensuring that they are completing allocated work accordingly Key contact in liaising with the client whilst conducting regular progress meetings Requirements Project Management experience of high volume PIA / Openreach FTTH projects Telecoms network build experience Civils experience Methodical operational experience with good man-management skills First Aid CSCS Card Clean driving licence Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary 28 days’ holiday a year Company Vehicle Fuel card Development and training opportunities Excellent Career progression Contributory pension scheme Apply For This Job
