The ideal candidate will have delivered at least 2 major projects across the Civil Engineering sectors, specifically handling Rail, Trams, or Metro work for a Civil Engineering Main Contractor (NOT rail systems). This person will take full operational control of all live projects under construction across Toronto. A track record and knowledge of major Heavy Civil Engineering & Rail Projects is essential to earn the support and respect of the Project Managers & Superintendents in the field. This role reports directly to the Board and involves direct responsibility for a team of 60-90 permanent staff. You will have full operational control for live projects, focusing solely on delivery teams on site and ensuring high-performing teams meet programs and key deadlines. You will be able to drive collaboration and teamwork in a non-aggressive manner. The business has secured work for the next 7 years, and the economic outlook is extremely buoyant. This is a key appointment reporting to the President of Civil & Rail for the business. Client:

The right candidate will match the following criteria: 13 Years Post Graduate Experience Degree in Civil Engineering Clear track record on major Civil Engineering Projects Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated through the recruitment process with NSR Associates Clear experience at this level for a Tier 1 International Civil Engineering Contractor You can earn up to 25-30% of your annual salary through a performance bonus.
