My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in the City of London, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place for which they are looking for a Project Director to join their team.
As a Project Director, you will be in a leadership position to oversee the delivery of projects valued at £50m and above within the Residential Sector. You will be responsible for monitoring build progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring quality delivery.
Project Director Responsibilities:
Managing the pre-construction phase against the programme in readiness for the construction phase. Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies. Implementing the project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Managing multi-discipline teams to deliver against client expectations. Timely and accurate reporting on progress to the client. Required Skills & Experience:
A proven background working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget. Experience running multi-phase projects with a value of up to £100m. Relevant construction degree or related qualification. A respectable team leader with organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What's on offer:
