What’s on Offer? £45,000 – £55,000 Hybrid working 25 days holiday Enhanced pension & parental leave Friendly and supportive team Collaborative working environment Discounts at local cafes, boutiques, and more Discounted memberships at local yoga studio & gym Great client list The Position Working across a range of clients, you’ll take full ownership of the creative campaign from the initial brief through to the live events, working with intelligence and commitment to deliver work on time and budget and to a high standard too. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you, so you’ll lead and contribute to pitch proposals and client presentations. Working with stakeholders, you’ll be able to spot opportunities to grow the key accounts. Making the most of your expert communication skills, you’ll mentor and guide junior team members, motivating them to rationalise ideas against the brief and to stay on top of industry trends. What We’re Looking For Proactive with a positive attitude and a commercial mindset, you’ll be a Project Director who can manage timings, budgets, and briefs with ease. You will have worked on live events previously, so you’ll be ready to hit the ground running here. You aren’t afraid to get well and truly stuck in, unblocking challenges and unlocking potential throughout a project’s journey, resilient in the face of obstacles and excited to embrace possibilities.
