Job Title: Project Engineer (MEICA/M&E/Electrical)

Location: Various sites across the Thames Valley (Oxford, Luton, etc.)

Type: Permanent ~45 hr/week

Reporting to: Senior PM


Responsibilities

- Collaborating with the Thames supply chain and overseeing multidisciplinary professionals throughout the project lifecycle

- Review and manage design outputs to ensure alignment with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and address project risks, consistently upholding safety, health, and environmental standards on-site.

- Prepare project progress reports, maintain detailed project records, and support the compilation of close-out documentation.

- Track project budgets and expenditures, providing cost analyses to ensure resources are used effectively.


Essentials

- Previous water industry experience (minimum 2 years)

- Full UK drivers licence

- Mechanical/Electrical Qualifications (BTEC/HNC/ONC/BEng)

- CSCS, SSSTS, Confined Spaces

- Experienced in reviewing RAMS with good risk assessment knowledge


Bonus

- Thames Water passport

- Previous experience delivering Thames Water Projects

- EUSR - Water Hygiene Card

- DSEAR Knowledge/COMPEX Qualifications
