Our client is a successful manufacturing company based in the outskirts of Belfast who now have a new opening for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team. As the successful Project Engineer, you will support all stages of the engineering process, from product/solution design and adaptation through to signing off overall solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and work within clear project plans, delivering solutions on time, within budget, and to appropriate quality and regulatory standards. Analyse product and performance information. Work with customers to provide solutions that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Identify shortcomings in existing production or assembly planning processes, systems, and procedures. Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and product integrity. Build and maintain effective day-to-day relationships with external service providers. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good IT skills, especially MS Office. Experience of lean manufacturing is highly desirable. Salary is dependent upon experience and up to £36k.
