Project Engineer

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working) Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative projects that contribute to ecological transformation. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to create sustainable water solutions, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Change: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget targets. Be Resourceful: Proactively anticipate resource needs and develop cost-optimisation strategies. Team Leadership: Lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and technical excellence. Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and proposals teams, providing your technical expertise to support winning bids. Safety Champion: Advocate for health and safety practices on site, conducting thorough risk assessments. Client Focused: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

Bonus Points:

Experience working in projects, ideally within the water or process sectors. Experience with specific water treatment technologies (e.g., filtration, desalination). A HNC / HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering or project management.
