Oversee HVAC and ventilation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Lead and manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage project costs, budgets, and resources to deliver projects profitably. Interpret and review project drawings, providing technical advice and support as required. Prepare and review RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and O&M manuals. As A Project Manager You Will Have:

Minimum of 2 years' field experience in HVAC project management within the UK. Proven track record managing air conditioning and ventilation projects. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and generating relevant project documentation. Commutable to North London.
