Duties + Responsibilities
Implement Modern Cloud IT Solutions
Escalation Technical Resource for Support Engineers
Work as part of our dedicated Projects Team away from the Service Desk
Support and guide customers on their technical journey
Work with the Projects Administrator to ensure projects are a success.
Skills + Experience
Network switching and routing infrastructure (particularly Cisco, HPE, and Dell; mostly LAN)
Firewalls (WatchGuard, FortiGate, etc)
Significant experience and expertise are expected in one or more of the following, with working knowledge of as many as possible being advantageous:
Microsoft Active Directory (including Azure AD Connect)
Microsoft / Office 365 and related services (SharePoint, OneDrive, ATP, EMS, InTune, AutoPilot, etc)
Microsoft Windows Server
Other Microsoft technologies and solutions: DFS, IIS, SQL, SCCM
Networking (switching, routing, firewalls, load-balancers, WAFs)
IaaS and Cloud platforms (VMware, Azure, AWS, etc)
VDI/Remote working solutions (Horizon View, RDS XenApp/XenDesktop, etc)
Linux Server and applications (Apache/Nginx, MySQL/Maria DB, etc)
