Are you a Project Engineer or Technical Support Engineer with a background in Development Engineering, Production or Manufacturing? Are you confident with data and analytics, creating and managing BOMs, using MRP systems and working with cross-functional engineering and commercial teams?
Kingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Technical Support Engineer by a specialist manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working in complex manufacturing environments and helping to control and deliver projects through engineering change and delivery phases.

Daily Duties to Include: Bill of materials maintenance within MRP system. New Bill of Materials generation within MRP System. New purchased part number set up. PCO (Product Change Order) generation, release and distribution for engineering related activities. Attend twice weekly team meetings to understand workload and assist in priority request actioning. Liaise with cross-functional teams to take on board information for action requests and also communicate out changes implemented to relevant teams. Support Continuous improvement activities in regard to information accuracy within Bill of Materials and other relevant details. MUST: Be diligent and methodical in their approach to tasks at hand. Have experience in detailed critical data entry within an MRP System. Be an effective communicator and be able to work with cross-functional teams across the business to gather and distribute information. Be comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word). Be confident using general maths in an everyday application.
