Project Engineer , you'll be at the heart of the clients' operations, leading pipework and steel fabrication projects across the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, drink, and manufacturing sectors. You will collaborate closely with their site teams, ensuring that each project is executed to perfection. Your role will be integral in fostering relationships with clients and promoting the clients' services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Liaising with clients to promote services and generate leads. Collaborating with site/project managers and design engineers to conduct site visits for accurate surveys and job costings. Producing and maintaining comprehensive project plans detailing execution strategies, milestones, and timelines. Attending planning meetings at client sites, serving as the primary point of contact. Coordinating material orders and managing budgets effectively throughout project phases. Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental procedures on site. Monitoring and recording the quality assurance of completed works. About You: You are a proactive

who thrives in a team environment and approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Your experience in project planning within constrained timelines has equipped you with the tools to juggle multiple projects while delivering exceptional results. With a foundational knowledge of welding, pipefitting, and fabrication, you understand the intricacies of the industry and can coordinate effectively with site teams. With excellent communication skills, you build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike, ensuring a seamless workflow. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools and understanding of technical and CAD drawings will make you a valuable asset to our team, and your keen eye for detail guarantees that no aspect of a project is overlooked. You will hold a full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle to use. Ideally, you will hold a Level 3 apprenticeship or higher in an engineering discipline and IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH or similar.
