Due to continued growth, Brightwork's client is currently recruiting a

Project Engineer

whose role will be to make and maintain contact with the customer, to produce engineering specifications, designs, drawings and material requirements whilst meeting the schedule, quality expectations and cost standards consistent with the overall design concept for each project allocated from order entry to completion of the warranty period. Due to the nature of this role, there will be roughly 20% travel to destinations including Middle East and Europe. Responsibilities

Liaise promptly and concisely with customer either directly or via relevant sales person/agent throughout each project on all matters of a substantial nature. Assist in the achievement of team goals through the maintenance and analysis of performance measures and continuous improvement activities. At outset of each major project prepare a resource requirement forecast and plan for achieving all project requirements. Manage all resources required to achieve set target dates. Monitor and manage progress of all assigned projects through to successful completion. Design components/machines, direct the Draftspersons allocated for detailed designs and size/select key commercial items. Check completed drawings, schedules and technical manuals with customer requirements. Ensure that only accurate and clear drawings are released for manufacture.
