Project Engineer focuses on provide technical support to pre-construction.

What the role involves

  • Provide technical support to pre-construction.
  • Review project documentation, drawings, reports and specifications to identify modularization opportunities.
  • Manage RFIs to clarify project requirements and reduce design ambiguity.
  • Develop modular construction strategies aligned with project constraints, programme requirements and client objectives.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to develop cost-effective modular solutions.
  • Review and contribute to architectural, structural and MEP designs to maximise modular integration.

Skills and requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience delivering modular construction, DfMA or prefabrication solutions.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and their interaction with structural and architectural elements.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto or similar model review software.
