Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry. Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of engineering change management, NPI processes, and quality tools such as PFMEA. Communication Skills:

Ability to analyse data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Leadership Skills:
