CPL are currently partnering with a family-run Design & Build Principal Contractor specialising in the Energy, Transport & Utilities Infrastructure sectors in England. As the Project Engineer, you will play a wide range of key roles associated with:

Pre-construction planning

Civil engineering

Building and construction (including M&E)

Miscellaneous project engineering for turnkey building projects

These projects will be for prestigious clients located in Southeast England and Northern France. Regular travel to England will be required, with the frequency and duration of stays being negotiable. Occasional travel to client sites in France will also be necessary. Flights, accommodation, and company vehicles in England and France will be provided.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with an interest in infrastructure

Third Level Education: BA (Hons) in Construction Engineering and Management, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar/equivalent

Full Clean (3 points or less) UK/EU Driving Licence with exclusive access to own vehicle

Experienced in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and the MS Windows file system

Good Health Network Rail (ML1) Medical may be conducted

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written (email) forms

Familiarity/knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts

Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Characteristics:

CSCS UK H&S Test for Managers & Professionals

CSCS / CSR / NPORS Site Card

High level of attendance and punctuality in school and higher education

Knowledge and/or experience of MS Project

Strong communication skills

Experience working under NEC3 & NEC4 contracts

Additional Information:

Access NI / DBS Checks will be conducted

Right to work in the UK

Commencement as soon as possible
