This mid-level role provides an excellent opportunity for the individual to support the Head of Engineering while also mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Role Overview This position offers a blend of engineering and project-based work, with a rough focus on 60% engineering and 40% project management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong character, excellent technical skills, and experience working collaboratively in a tight-knit team.
Key Requirements Experience:
At least 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Suspension systems Gearbox internals Hydraulic systems Clutch systems Technical Skills:
Proficiency with CAD systems, preferably Creo, though alternatives will be considered. Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver engineering and project outcomes.
