About the Role

You will report directly to the Project Manager and assist the Project/Construction Manager in coordinating an effective and economic plant design and procurement strategy. This role involves ensuring that information is issued in time for construction, commissioning, and operational success in line with the Contract Programme. You'll also provide essential cost data for forecasts and variation evaluations. Key Responsibilities

Ensure project costs stay within tender/varied allowances. Submit applications for payment on or before due dates. Complete contract reviews and monthly forecasts on time. Foster and maintain strong client relationships at all levels. Support the Project Management strategy and maintain contract filing systems. Assist in producing and monitoring the contract programme and progress reports. Provide data for the timely production of O&M manuals. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management. Monitor subcontract performance and prepare construction completion documentation. Commit to professional development through networking, conferences, and staying informed on industry changes. Evaluate innovative solutions and contribute to risk and opportunity schedules. Ensure designs are safe to construct, operate, and maintain. What Our Client is Looking For

Essential:

Basic engineering background (Electrical). Working knowledge of contract conditions, especially NEC. Minimum HNC qualification in Engineering/Technical discipline. Experience with supply chain expedition. Knowledge of water treatment processes. Familiarity with CDM regulations and Health & Safety protocols. Desirable:
