Conduct risk assessments covering technical, financial, environmental, and safety aspects. Lead design development, including specifications, drawings, and layouts. Identify hazards and support design reviews and HAZOP processes. Source and select suppliers and contractors. Prepare tender review documents and review contractor risk assessments and method statements. Develop and manage project schedules and resources. Oversee suppliers, contractors, and on-site installation and commissioning, ensuring safety compliance. Deliver project close-out documentation and regular progress reports on schedule, cost, risk, and quality. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control & Instrumentation). Extensive experience in process engineering and control. Proven track record in project delivery from design to closeout. Experience in safe project delivery and budget management. Proficient in MS Project or SmartSheet for scheduling. Skilled in team and contractor management. Experience using AutoCAD for manufacturing drawings. Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new technologies. Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Familiar with ATEX/DSEAR regulations and experience in hazardous environments. Experience in manufacturing or process environments.
