Project Engineering Manager (outside IR35) Duration of Assignment:

12 months Project Scope:

The Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) project for our client, ensuring seamless coordination between all offices involved in the project. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management:

Manage external stakeholders (client-facing) and internal stakeholders (lead disciplines, engineering centers). Oversee project controls, procurement, and third-party contractors or suppliers. Project Execution:

Perform duties with minimal supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets. Handle change management processes as required. Ensure design consistency across multi-discipline engineering design activities. Provide necessary input and support for project progress and reporting. Project Phases:

Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver the project from Pre-FEED, FEED, to detailed design. Work on Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, or EPC projects as required. Client and Specification Compliance:

Ensure compatibility and conformance with client specifications. Recommend cost-effective improvements to equipment selection/specifications within the scope of client requirements. Design Review and Approval:

Participate in and potentially lead multi-discipline Engineering Design Reviews. Provide input and approval for closing out actions. Strategic Planning:

Assist in strategic procurement planning, including long lead items enquiry. Reporting and Documentation:

Report to the Project Manager and Line Manager as required. Prepare necessary project documentation, including the Project Execution Plan, Level 3 Schedule, and Document Registers. Risk and Quality Management:

Maintain the Risk & Opportunity register, Assumptions, and Decisions register. Ensure the quality of all engineering deliverables produced by the business. Corporate Reporting Line:

Report to the respective Departmental/Group Manager. Requirements: Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering design activities. Familiarity with change management processes. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Application Process:
