- Develop the Project Engineering team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring effective use of external contractors to deliver safe, complia.
- Deliver detailed project plans, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets and schedules, monitoring costs, controlling scope changes, and ensuring financial and programme targets are met.
- Overseeing engineering design assurance, ensuring all designs are safe, compliant, and meet project requirements, with all changes managed through formal MOC processes.
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on delivery, cost.
Skills and requirements
- Degree-qualified & relevant experience in an engineering discipline.
- Strong breadth of knowledge across multi-discipline engineering practices and standards.
- Proven track record in project management within engineering environments.
- Experience in design review and technical assurance processes.
