Project Estimator (Construction) Location: Lingfield Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Progression + Mon-Fri + Company Benefits Are you an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a background in construction, looking for a role in a tight-knit company experiencing an exciting period of growth? This company works on a large variety of commercial and public sector projects, offering you the opportunity to progress your career and grow with them. Since its establishment in 2018, this company has seen continual success, focusing on a range of projects in the private, public, and commercial sectors. They are looking to expand their team with an Estimator who can grow with the business and eventually become a senior member of the team. In this role, you will handle tender enquiries and prepare cost estimates to meet project requirements, including pricing labour, materials, and equipment costs. You will present this information to the director while liaising with the project management team and engineers to ensure that any variances to the estimated costs are reported correctly. This role would suit an Estimator or similar professional looking to boost their career through training and the opportunity to become a Quantity Surveyor. The Role:

Project cost estimates (labour, materials, equipment). Tender enquiries and contract management responsibilities. Mon-Fri role, office-based with occasional site visits. The Person:
